Give the village time
A simple plan works well: arrive without stacking activities, walk, find a place for a meal and leave time by the sea. If you have a surf booking, check whether the meeting point is in the village or at a different beach. The place you stay, the surf spot and the restaurant may not be next to one another.
A stay centred on the coast
Compare the exact accommodation location with your daily plans. Ask about access with luggage, parking if needed and the return journey after dinner. For surfing, choose instruction matched to your ability and current conditions. A famous surf spot is not automatically a suitable learning beach.
