Keep your flight number, accommodation address and contact available offline. Distinguish the flight arrival time from the time you expect to reach the meeting point after formalities and baggage. If you need a child seat, specify the age and requirements when requesting the transfer rather than waiting until pickup.
What a transfer confirmation should contain
Ask for the meeting instructions, total price and currency, vehicle capacity, included waiting time, contact method and policy for delays. A return transfer needs its own date and pickup time. For flight and airport information, consult ONDA and your airline; this page is not a live arrivals board.
Transfer or rental vehicle?
