Choose your base before your activities
Write down what you want within walking distance: the seafront, restaurants, a surf school or everyday shops. Then check the precise accommodation location, not only the neighbourhood name. A sea view does not necessarily mean direct beach access, and a property described as Taghazout may sit outside the village.
Plan arrival and departure separately
Keep the accommodation address, check-in instructions and a contact available offline. For a transfer request, use your flight arrival time and explain the number of travellers and bags. Plan the return trip around the airline’s check-in requirements; do not reuse an optimistic arrival journey estimate.
Build a flexible budget
Separate accommodation, meals, transport and activities. Ask whether an activity price is per person, per group or per hour, and whether pickup is included. Compare the total cost rather than a headline price. Keep a free half-day for a weather change, a delayed arrival or a place you want to revisit.
