Choose one priority per person
Ask everyone for one preferred outing, then compare what can be done together and what needs separate arrangements. Surfing, sandboarding, sightseeing and a boat trip serve different interests. A short list makes it easier to check rules without filling every day.
Check driving restrictions
Quad and buggy drivers must be at least 18. For a teenage passenger, minimum age and equipment still need confirmation. Do not treat a motorised outing as settled until you receive conditions suitable for the group.
Compare surfing and sandboarding
For surfing, give each participant’s level and ask about the spot’s conditions. For sandboarding, check walking effort, equipment and journey time. Each has its own programme; compare more than the advertised price.
Keep time free
Allow rest and travel buffers between outings. Request the final group total before selecting several activities and confirm individual options. Hotel or home pickup simplifies the meeting point but does not remove journey time.
