A beach visit is not always a swimming day
Agadir’s urban seafront is useful when you want to combine time by the water with cafés and a walk. The coast around Taghazout and Tamraght offers a different setting. Conditions vary between beaches and over the day; check local flags and lifeguard guidance rather than assuming a calm-looking sea is safe.
For surfing or a family day
For a lesson, let a qualified operator choose a spot suited to your level on the day. For a family outing, check walking distance from parking, shade, toilets and the return journey. Bring water and protection from the sun, and keep children under close supervision near the water.
